About our treatments
Windle & Moodie Keratin Blow Dry
The Windle & Moodie Keratin blow dry is a semi-permanent blow dry designed to tame the wildest hair for up to 5 months. It works by forcing Keratin into the hair cuticle using Nano Technology which then transforms the hair taking away the frizz leaving it smooth, shiny and in better condition than before.
This Keratin blow dry is also known as the Brazilian blow dry and, unlike many similar treatments, ours is formaldehyde free.
NB: this is not a straightening system.
Tint Regrowth
Root tint up to 2 inches of hair regrowth.
Full-head Highlights
Sections of hair are separated and coloured either lighter, darker or richer in tone. Perfect to achieve a natural sun kissed look. Choose to either have a Part head (root parting and front section), Half head or Full head of high/lowlights.
Permanent Tint
Very good for a variety of different hair colour looks. Covers white hair 100%.
Semi-Permament Colour
More permanent than a vegetable. Covers some white hair resulting in excellent condition and shine. Not for dramatic colour changes or high percentage of white hair.
Vegetable Colour
Temporary hair colour for high shine with reduced damage to hair. Great for those with sensitive skin and pregnant women.
Bb. Deep Treatment
A 20 minute Bumble and bumble protein masque designed to smooth, soften and repair hair, creating shine and increase elasticity. Great for chemically treated or stressed hair.

Makeup Masterclasses
Sessions are available to book with our make-up artist, Kit. The author of three books published by Back Stage Books; Period Makeup, Period Hairstyles and Pro Make-up, Kit has also worked with big names in TV and print such as MTV, Granada, The Sun and Sugar magazine. She is available for one-on-one consultations if you’re in need of a make-up overhaul or masterclass, group sessions or if you’re in need of bridal or special occasion make-up. Working with all skin types, Kit will answer all your questions and advise you on which products work for your face and which don’t providing a tailored experience.
Speed Styling
Speed Styling is a new concept service from the award-winning Windle & Moodie hair salon that utilises the stylists' collective experiences of working backstage at fashion shows to produce different looks against the clock. Created with the time-impoverished in mind, there are five styles to choose from, carefully selected to suit all tastes and hair types.

Speed Colouring
In addition to the five Speed Styling styles on offer, Windle & Moodie are also offering a Speed Colouring service, which is a quick and effective way of creating extra life and adding vibrance to your hair. This 45-minute treatment starts with a consultation where our colour experts will work alongside you to choose from five speed colour options.
Colour Syncing
Stipple Colour
Carefully chosen to compliment your natural hair colour. These are painted or combed on to re-balance your hairs natural tones.
A technique producing the effect of small placement of colour on the surface of short fashion and urchin haircuts. Application is simple; the colour is placed onto a specially designed sponge and dabbed over the surface.
Gloss wash
This all-over colour can be used to achieve shine or colour change. The colour enhancement can be up to two tones. Alternatively, Gloss Wash can produce a brilliant shine.
Colour Enlightening
This is the addition of colour around the face. Colour Enlightening applies brighter colour to give your features an extra lift - This technique works within the tones of hair around the face rather than block colour and can be applied to any hair length.
Flash Colour
Bold flashes of colour randomly placed to create interest and fun within a haircut. This can be any chosen colour (normally permanent) and is applied either with a couple of foils or painted, depending on the amount required.
