Michael Pitsillides was born in Australia, relocating to various countries such as South Africa and Cyprus at a young age. Having caught the travel bug in his youth, his curious and creative nature was apparent early on, eventually leading him to attend Art college at the age of 16.
Desiring a career which would showcase his interests and ability, he followed his college education into training as a hairstylist at 18! His training began at an internationally renowned salon in Cyprus, before Michael made the decision to move to London to not only see more of the world, but to further expand his knowledge and techniques in this his chosen field.
Since joining the Windle & Moodie team in 2009, Michael has not looked back! His desire to learn means he is constantly experimenting with hair, styling for clients, assisting on shoots for Vogue, and on fashion shows such as Margaret Howell, Mark Fast, Topshop and Burberry. A popular member of the team, he has built fantastic relationships with our loyal clients.
